Within the Edible Oils Complex in Lahad Datu, the crude palm oil is refined, bleached and deodorised (RBD) at low temperatures to produce RBD Palm Oil. The oil goes through a process of fractionation which crystallises the oil and then the solid RBD Steering is separated from the RBD Olefin by filtration.
